1. Do you offer free estimates for irrigation, mowing, or pressure washing?

Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Whether you're in need of sprinkler repair, weekly mowing, or exterior pressure washing, we’ll assess your property and give you a clear, honest quote.

2. Is your irrigation work performed by a certified technician?

Absolutely. All irrigation work is performed by a Certified Irrigation Technician, trained through Rain Bird Academy with over 44 CEU hours and Water Star certification. You get professional-grade expertise every time.

3. How often should I have my sprinkler system inspected?

We recommend at least two seasonal inspections per year—Spring and Fall—for optimal efficiency, especially in Florida’s changing climate. You can also sign up for a maintenance plan for year-round sprinkler system care.

4. Do you work with HOAs and property managers?

Yes! We provide HOA irrigation repair, weekly lawn care, and pressure washing services for communities throughout Central Florida. We offer reliable scheduling, property-wide solutions, and clear reporting.

5. Can you help lower my water bill with smart irrigation upgrades?

Yes. We install smart controllers, rain sensors, pressure-regulated heads, and drip irrigation systems designed to minimize water waste and reduce utility costs—especially helpful for large properties or rising bills.

6. What areas do you serve in Central Florida?

Flow Motion is based in Spring Hill, FL, and we serve homeowners and HOAs within 100 miles, including Tampa, Brooksville, Wesley Chapel, Inverness, and surrounding areas.

7. Do I need to be home for the estimate or service appointment?

Not always. If your controller is accessible from outside and you send photos or access instructions (including gate codes), we can often complete the estimate or repair without needing someone home.

8. What happens if I use reclaimed water?

If your system uses reclaimed water, we can only perform service on your assigned watering days (per county rules). Otherwise, a $75 scheduling fee applies.

9. Do you warranty your work?

Yes—all work is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. We stand behind everything we install or repair, so you can feel confident your investment is protected.

10. Do you offer recurring lawn care or just one-time service?

We offer both! Choose from weekly, biweekly, or one-time lawn mowing services—always including edging, trimming, and cleanup. HOAs and property managers also benefit from custom recurring schedules.

11. Is your pressure washing safe for siding, paint, and delicate surfaces?

Yes! Our technicians are Soft Wash Certified, which means we use low-pressure, biodegradable solutions that safely remove mold, mildew, algae, and stains—without damaging surfaces.
